Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

Items must be new, unused, and returned in original packaging.

Returns must be made by mail only. In-store or drop-off returns are not available.

Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. If your product meets our return conditions, we will process a replacement and ship it after receiving the returned item.
Refunds
